Genome Wide Association Study and Multi-Trait Analysis of Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Atopic Disease Genetic Susceptibility
An expansive EoE susceptibility analysis including 1,757 EoE subjects and 32,189 diverse control individuals with 17,000 variants genome-wide showing a putative association with EoE genetic susceptibility. Data are shown for two independent datasets of EoE and population controls, EoE verses atopic or non-atopic controls, as well as a trait-by-trait comparison of the genome-wide, multi-trait analysis of EoE and atopic diseases. Variants can be searched by rsid, band, or nearest gene.
